Agave Heritage Festival: Howard Scott Gentry Lecture

In 2025, the Agave Heritage Festival proudly recognizes Diana Carolina Pinzón and Fabiola “Faby” Torres Monfils for their transformative work in mezcal production and unwavering commitment to the ecological and cultural foundations that sustain it.
